1) Complete AFAP:

  • 10 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 20 Pull-Ups
  • 30 OH KB Swings (55/35)
  • 40 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
  • 50 Sit-Ups
  • 60 Burpees
  • 70 Double-Unders*

*If you can’t do Double-Unders, you can sub them out for being whipped 70 times by a jump rope.  Nobody cares that you can do 200+ singles.
