- 6-8 GHR or 10 Weighted Back Extensions
- 5 1 Arm KB Push Press
3) 2 Rounds with as much rest as needed between rounds of:
- 15m Dog Sled Push (270/135)
- 10 Squat Jumps
- 15m Dog Sled Push
- 30 Overhead KB Swings w/ 5 Burpees everytime you set KB down (55/35 – Comp 70/45)
