1) Power Clean Progression: 3-3-3-3-3 2) "Death By Thruster" 20:00 Running Clock EMOTM perform 1 Thruster (95/65) adding one rep every minute. Once you fail to complete the required number of thrusters in that minute, you will switch to push press on the next minute. Once you fail to complete the required number of push presses in that minute, you will switch to front squats on the next minute. Once you fail to complete the required number of front squats in that minute, you will switch to burpees on the next minute. Once you fail to complete the required number of burpees in that minute, you will run, row, or ride the AirDyne for the remainder of the 20 minute clock.
