20:00 Running Clock

  • EMOTM perform 1 Thruster (95/65) adding one rep every minute.
  • Once you fail to complete the required number of thrusters in that minute, you will switch to push press on the next minute.
  • Once you fail to complete the required number of push presses in that minute, you will switch to front squats on the next minute.
  • Once you fail to complete the required number of front squats in that minute, you will switch to burpees on the next minute.
  • Once you fail to complete the required number of burpees in that minute, you will run, row, or ride the AirDyne for the remainder of the 20 minute clock.
