2) 20 min working on Snatch w/ Light to Medium Weight

3) Complete 3 Rounds AFAP of:

  • 500m Row
  • 200m Run
  • 10 Snatches

Fitness:

  • 2 min rest between sets

2) Max Side Plank Both Sides

3) Row 2,000 m – Time Trial
