Conditioning (2 parts):
Part 1:
6 Sandbag ground-to-shoulder (3 each shoulder)
6 Hand-release push-ups
6:00 AMRAP

Part 2:
10 Upright rows (65/45#)
10 Bicep Curls
10 Bent-over rows
AMRAP in 6:00 (5 burpees for setting down bar mid-set)
