b) KB Goblet Squat w/ 2-second pause in bottom: 6-8
3 rounds, 60 seconds rest

1 OH KB swing (55/35#)
1 KB clean and jerk each arm
2 OH KB swings
2 clean and jerks each arm
3 OH KB swings
3 clean and jerks each arm
etc.. escalate as far as possible in 7:00; perform 5 burpees EMOTM
