WOD for 7/27/2012:

Strength:
12:00 to work up to a 1RM back squat.

Assistance/ Conditioning (2 parts):
Part 1:
a) KB Racked Front Squat (pause in bottom): 5 reps
b) Airdyne sprint (arms and legs): 30 seconds
5 rounds

Part 2:
a) Deficit Romanian Deadlift: 5 reps
b) 40 yd prowler push (180/90#)
5 rounds

Neither part is for time, but rest should be kept minimal. Score = final Front squat weight + final Deadlift weight.
