10:00 working on Split-jerk technique

Work Capacity (escalating density training)
a) KB Goblet squats: as many reps as possible
b) Pull-ups: as many reps as possible
alternate back and forth between the two exercises for 6:00

rest 3:00, then:

a) KB Swings: as many reps as possible
b) Hand-release push-ups: as many reps as possible
alternate back and forth for 6:00
Score= total reps for both sets of 6:00
