Hang Snatch: 1,1,1,1+@90%

Accessory/ Strength:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of Double KB Clean and Double KB Front Squat.
(Perform one hang clean, then one front squat. Perform 2 hang cleans, and then 2 Front Squats. Continue rep scheme all the way up to 5 of each, and then all the way back down to 1 of each, resting as little as possible during the ladder.)
